- Cellulose Acetate Filters (CA) are a recommended choice when biological samples are involved. The CA membrane is hydrophilic offering both low protein binding and excellent flow rates. Where the sample matrix is organic then can also be considered as it has a wider resistance.
- Cellulose Acetate syringe filters can be sterilised by autoclave at 125℃ for 15 minutes.
